1. Introduction
Welcome Tours Sri Lanka (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a registered tour agency operating in Sri Lanka. By booking any tour, service, or travel arrangement with us, you (“the client”, “traveler”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

3. Bookings & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required deposit or full payment and written confirmation from Welcome Tours Sri Lanka.
Tour itineraries may be customized based on client preferences, availability, and weather conditions.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods may include bank transfers, online payments, or other agreed methods.
Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellations
Cancellation charges depend on the timing of the cancellation and services already booked.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting non-refundable costs such as hotel bookings, transport reservations, and administrative fees.
Company-Initiated Cancellations
Welcome Tours Sri Lanka reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, safety concerns, or government regulations.
In such cases, we will offer suitable alternatives or refunds where applicable.
6. Changes to Itinerary
While we strive to operate tours exactly as planned, itineraries may change due to weather, road conditions, safety issues, or operational requirements.
Any changes will be made in the best interest of our clients without compromising the overall tour experience.
7. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in our tour packages unless specifically stated.
We strongly recommend all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, loss of belongings, and personal liability.
8. Health, Safety & Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the selected tour activities.
Welcome Tours Sri Lanka is not liable for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or loss caused by activities beyond our direct control.
Clients must follow safety instructions provided by guides, drivers, and activity operators at all times.
9. Accommodation & Transportation
Accommodation and transport are provided as per the confirmed itinerary.
Hotels and vehicles are subject to availability and may be replaced with similar or higher-category options if required.
Check-in and check-out times are subject to hotel policies.
10. Liability Disclaimer
Welcome Tours Sri Lanka acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers such as hotels, transport operators, and activity organizers. We shall not be held responsible for:
Delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third parties
Loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience due to force majeure events
Acts of nature, strikes, accidents, or government actions
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour services.
11. Personal Belongings
Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. Welcome Tours Sri Lanka is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the tour.
12. Photography & Marketing
By participating in our tours, travelers grant Welcome Tours Sri Lanka permission to use photographs or videos taken during the tour for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
13. Privacy Policy
All personal information provided by clients is kept confidential and used solely for booking and operational purposes. We do not share personal data with third parties except when required for tour arrangements or legal compliance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
